A Day In The Life Of Speedticketbeaters.com – Part 2

It’s been a pretty uneventful day here a Speedticketbeaters. We should have picked a different day, to do our “Day in the Life” series, or you’re going to think our days are very boring!

This afternoon mainly involved us responding to  more speeding ticket consultation requests. There was another guy that wanted to send us a testimonial, and instead of just emailing us one, he filled out the new speed ticket inquiry form for no reason.

We just spoke to a guy who has a couple of very high speed tickets pending in the same U.S state. He’s probably looking at as driver license suspension if he doesn’t beat his tickets. Hopefully (for his sake) he’ll make the right choice, and Paypal us back payment, so we can get him the speeding defenses he’ll need.

It’s very annoying when someone answers their phone, agrees that they emailed us an inquiry about their speeding ticket, which then causes us to go into the whole explanation of how we’ll get it beaten… Only to have them admit AFTER WE WENT THROUGH THE WHOLE THING that we really need to speak to someone else (their husband, brother, father, or whomever), because that’s who actually go the speeding ticket. CAN THEY MAKE THAT CLEAR BEFORE WE START TALKING AND WASTING OUR WORDS/TIME!

A Day In The Life Of Speedticketbeaters.com – Part 1

This is the first in a series of posts we expect to do today tracking our activities at Speedticketbeaters.com

1 – We started reading today’s inbound speeding ticket inquiries at around 10am. Of course many more will flow in throughout the day, but we always check early and see if any of the speeding ticket inquiries are really time sensitive. None of this AM’s emails were particularly urgent, but we still replied to them quickly.

Here’s a sample of some of the questions we had or handle to handle regarding peoples speeding tickets:

a) We needed to ask a guy to clarify what he believes the cops used to determine his speed, since when answering  that question in our email, he should have written “radar”,  “laser”,  “pacing”, or something like that, instead he wrote “police car”. Which is obviously and idiotic answer.

b) An existing customer filled out our speeding ticket evaluation form, when he had a question (as if he’s a new inbound ticket), instead of just emailing us directly (since he already knows the Speedticketbeaters.com email address). We always find this annoying.

c) Some guy who apparently has trouble with his eyesight, emailed us insisting that the free speeding ticket evaluation we sent him yesterday, didn’t tell him what we would provide him if he signed up for our services. Here’s an exact quote from the evaluation emailed we had sent yesterday:

We think the stuff written above pretty clearly spells out for him what we will be doing and providing after he signs up to get a speeding ticket defense. How he failed to come to the same conclusion, we have no idea.

d) A guy in PA. emailed us saying “I want to tell you how I won my case, because of your information”, but he sent the email through the new ticket inquiry form (like the guy we talked about in “b” above). So he’d gotten somewhat lost in the shuffle. We called him back, and he had a good detailed story of how he beat his speeding ticket today using our defense plan. It was an 81 mph highway ticket too. We’ll probably post his testimonial within a day or 2.

e) A woman sent a comment in her speeding ticket inquiry stating that the flow of traffic where she was ticketed is usually doing 70-75, and the limit was 55 mph. This is common, and is all part of their speed trap. They know full well that the traffic at the location flows much faster than the limit they’ve set. That’s why they’ve set the limit so low! They want to write tons of tickets!

1. Look into why auto insurance companies buy police departments radar guns, to use on drivers, so that more speeding tickets are generated. Ask yourself, what is the auto insurance companies interest in this? What do they gain?

2. Examine recent newspaper reports where some states acknowledge that during the recession they have intentionally ramped up their speeding ticket output, to generate revenue. Is revenue generating supposed to be the governments motive for issuing speeding tickets, which result in huge out of pocket costs to the consumer?

3. Check the hundreds of case law rulings, showing over and over again, how the police and counties dance around the law, and entrap drivers into “false” speeding tickets, so that the county can use that constituents money for something else.

4. Find out why some states are getting away with charging constituents money for the right to go to trial against their speeding ticket. The U.S constitution allows are right to trial, for any citizen accused of a crime. There is not supposed to be a “pay to play” component.

5. Get to the bottom of why some states believe they can ignore the 6th amendment of the constitution, and issue thousands of unmanned speeding camera tickets. Unmanned cameras mean there’s no live human witness involved, that a defendant cannot question an officer on the witness stand about the incident. But the 6th amendment requires that there be a live witness to question. To use an unmanned camera, is the equal of having a court trial where the officer does not appear. If an officer does not show up in court at a speeding case, the charges are dismissed, because of the 6th amendment issue. The same SHOULD be happening in unmanned speeding camera cases. There’s no human officer involved, so a 6th amendment violation is inherently at hand. But flagrantly corrupt states are instead violating the legal rights of it’s constituents, to the tune of thousands and thousands of dollars a year in revenue, stolen from constituents.

There IS an investigation to do. An investigation that could make you a hero to millions, and generate national media coverage. BUT WE’RE NOT IT! We’re the ones trying to protect people from these and other speeding ticket matters.

So good, that we’re hated by cops, judges, prosecutors, government officials, and insurance companies, who attempt to use speeding tickets as a “secret tax”, to raise revenue for their purposes.

But, there is one drawback to being us. You.

The level of skepticism we have to deal with, all day, is incomprehensible.

We speak with hundreds of potential customers per week. Nearly every one of them cannot conceive of why and how it could be possible to beat a speeding ticket. And we find it equally incomprehensible that the general population, is this unable to see reality.

If murders, muggers, and other assorted criminals beat the raps against them every day, in every court in the U.S, why would you think a speeding ticket would be so complicated to beat? A speeding ticket is a minor offense. It should be obvious to you that a speeding ticket is far more beatable, than more serious crimes would be!

The next part of the skepticism goes something like this: “How could you know how to beat a speeding ticket? No one could know how to do that”?

Of course that is an absurd assertion. Here’s an example to demonstrate how stupid a thought that is…

We at Speedticketbeaters.com are not plumbers, mechanics, or surgeons. You may be one of those things (or something else – that requires a specialized knowledge). We don’t know how to install a sink, build an engine, or do brain surgery (or whatever it is that you do). The fact that we don’t know how to do plumbing, auto mechanics, or surgery does NOT mean those things can’t be done. It means that YOU studied those things, and that’s the stuff you know how to do. We studied our topic (beating speeding tickets), and that’s the thing WE know how to do!

We run into all different levels of skepticism, and people with all different ways of presenting it. Some potential customers behave in a manner that is conducive to having a nice, civilized, and educational phone call. Others start off difficult, but lighten up when they begin to realize during the conversation that we’re geniuses.

But there’s another group. A group that act like complete morons throughout our interaction. They argue, they curse, they pretend they didn’t contact us (while we’re reading their email to them), they insist they know more than us about speeding tickets, or rather than all of that, they’re just annoyingly dumb. There are times, when we have no choice to but to convey to the person, that they’re an idiot.

We have various ways of handling fools. Sometimes more harshly than others. Usually with a tremendous amount of sarcasm. In fact, if the target of our “attack” would stop and reflect on what we said to them, they’d possibly realize what we said was very funny. But usually that person lacks the brain power to come to such a conclusion. Instead they pronounce our company a scam, or tell us they’re going to tell everyone they know never to do business with us.

Of course, such a person has no idea whether or not we’re a scam (PS – we’re not), because they never even used the service! So they are making that accusation with NO authoritative knowledge of whether or not their assertion is true (aka slander). And as far as that person and their friends never contacting us, we don’t care! We’re busy as hell, we have too many other speeding ticket customers to deal with, and a person with that little brain power (and their friends) would likely have been incapable of following our instructions and winning in traffic court anyway!

What’s the point of this post? The point is to tell you, that yes. we will admit it, we’re sarcastic, sometimes harsh or even near brutal with you in interaction. But if we are, you probably deserved it. And none of this changes that we are by far your best hope for beating your speeding ticket!

So if you’re smart, you will bite your tongue, put mittens on your typing fingers, and listen and learn from us. Because we will save your butt from a financial  mess!

You can quietly hate us all you’d like (in your own head). But we’d bet, in the end, after the speeding ticket has been defeated, you’ll stop hating us. Just get through the opening shots. Besides, getting through our sometimes tough talk, helps convince us that you will be capable of handling the “heat in the kitchen” of the court room. So there is a method to our madness…
