Many of you seem to think you’re little “amateur investigators”. You seem to think you can spot a scam when you see one. Think again…

1. Look into why auto insurance companies buy police departments radar guns, to use on drivers, so that more speeding tickets are generated. Ask yourself, what is the auto insurance companies interest in this? What do they gain?

2. Examine recent newspaper reports where some states acknowledge that during the recession they have intentionally ramped up their speeding ticket output, to generate revenue. Is revenue generating supposed to be the governments motive for issuing speeding tickets, which result in huge out of pocket costs to the consumer?

3. Check the hundreds of case law rulings, showing over and over again, how the police and counties dance around the law, and entrap drivers into “false” speeding tickets, so that the county can use that constituents money for something else.

4. Find out why some states are getting away with charging constituents money for the right to go to trial against their speeding ticket. The U.S constitution allows are right to trial, for any citizen accused of a crime. There is not supposed to be a “pay to play” component.

5. Get to the bottom of why some states believe they can ignore the 6th amendment of the constitution, and issue thousands of unmanned speeding camera tickets. Unmanned cameras mean there’s no live human witness involved, that a defendant cannot question an officer on the witness stand about the incident. But the 6th amendment requires that there be a live witness to question. To use an unmanned camera, is the equal of having a court trial where the officer does not appear. If an officer does not show up in court at a speeding case, the charges are dismissed, because of the 6th amendment issue. The same SHOULD be happening in unmanned speeding camera cases. There’s no human officer involved, so a 6th amendment violation is inherently at hand. But flagrantly corrupt states are instead violating the legal rights of it’s constituents, to the tune of thousands and thousands of dollars a year in revenue, stolen from constituents.

We at Speedticketbeaters.com are not plumbers, mechanics, or surgeons. You may be one of those things (or something else – that requires a specialized knowledge). We don’t know how to install a sink, build an engine, or do brain surgery (or whatever it is that you do). The fact that we don’t know how to do plumbing, auto mechanics, or surgery does NOT mean those things can’t be done. It means that YOU studied those things, and that’s the stuff you know how to do. We studied our topic (beating speeding tickets), and that’s the thing WE know how to do!

We run into all different levels of skepticism, and people with all different ways of presenting it. Some potential customers behave in a manner that is conducive to having a nice, civilized, and educational phone call. And as far as that person and their friends never contacting us, we don’t care! We’re busy as hell, we have too many other speeding ticket customers to deal with, and a person with that little brain power (and their friends) would likely have been incapable of following our instructions and winning in traffic court anyway!

What’s the point of this post? The point is to tell you, that yes. we will admit it, we’re sarcastic, sometimes harsh or even near brutal with you in interaction. But if we are, you probably deserved it. And none of this changes that we are by far your best hope for beating your speeding ticket!

We wrote earlier on the blog about Indiana charging people to have a speeding trial. A flagrant violation of the U.S constitution, which guarantees your right to a trial… Not only after you pay for one!

Now they’ve increase speeding fines and enforcement, altered state law to allow construction zone speeding tickets to be upheld – even if workers weren’t even on the job site, and they’ve enacted laws that dance around the requirements in U.S law for properly setting a speed limit.

All of this was done under the direct control of Republican Governor Mitch Daniels, and a GOP controlled state legislature. It is the most transparently crooked set of moves we’ve seen any state make thus far, when it comes to tram[ling the rights of constituents.

If  you live in Indiana, you must:

- Vote out the legislature and Daniels, both are disgusting.

- Get armed with a genius speeding ticket defense (from us) if needed.

- Consider taking the state to the high courts, over their violating your rights.

Allow us to take moment to remind Indiana that the U.S has a constitution, that in spite of what government officials in that state apparently believe, DOES rule over THEM!

In the constitution is the 6th Amendment. Here is is pasted below:

“In all criminal prosecutions, the accused shall enjoy the right to a speedy and public trial, by an impartial jury of the State and district wherein the crime shall have been committed, which district shall have been previously ascertained by law, and to be informed of the nature and cause of the accusation; to be confronted with the witnesses against him; to have compulsory process for obtaining witnesses in his favor, and to have the Assistance of Counsel for his defense.“

As anyone with a brain can see (this apparently eliminates Indiana’s legislature and governor), a U.S citizen has a RIGHT to a trial. An individual doesn’t have to PAY FOR ACCESS to that right!

So, if ever you’re in Indiana or any other state or county, that is attempting this particular extortion method… We just gave you the rap you’ll need, to bury their nonsense, and get on with the process.

We’re compelled to write about the Ohio Supreme court ruling earlier this year making it LEGAL for a cop to write, and get a conviction in court on a speeding ticket…Based on the cops visual estimate, of how fast the vehicle in question was allegedly moving.

There have been several similar cases before higher courts in other states over the years. No higher court has proven itself as STUPID as Ohio’s when addressing this issue.

1- If a cop can accurately assess a vehicles speed with his/hers eyes, why were radar guns invented? Cops apparently have “Super Hero” like abilities according to the Ohio Supreme court, and can look at a car, and tell you how fast it was moving. The next time you’re in court, on an Ohio ticket… We’d recommend you throw a pen across the court room at the start of the trial, and ask the cop to accurately tell the court how fast it went!

2 – What else can now be expected of the Ohio Supreme court when it comes to ruling on law enforcement? Will cops be allowed to look at individuals they suspect of a crime, and determine from visually looking at the person that he or she is guilty of a burglary, drug possession, or a murder?

An article we read in a Cleveland newspaper had a quote from a school teacher who wondered if he now would be able to determine a student is “stupid” upon visual inspection. After all (the teacher writes) he has a masters degree in education, so he is a certified expert in such things. The teacher is correct, and the example he used is perfect. To assume a teacher has such abilities would be equally insane.

3 – Another comment in that same article was written by an incredibly stupid man, who wrote that it doesn’t matter anyway, because the only people complaining and worried about this are the guilty ones. That man should move to Iran, since he enjoys giving up his rights.

The truth is, speeding tickets are almost NEVER (and we mean less than 5 percent of the time) written for reasons of actual flagrant violations, of actually valid law. They are instead written over zealously, by dumb cops,  on the orders of dumb community governments, to take advantage of dumb people (like the guy who made the comment we just alluded to), to STEAL YOUR MONEY for the cities use!

It is UNBELIEVABLY RARE that the driver actually broke any law or legitimate speed limit!

NEWSFLASH: 9 out of 10 times the speed limit itself, was set INTENTIONALLY LOW, by the town to ENTRAP the driver into the ILLUSION that they were speeding! The fact is, the speed limit itself was the broken part, and the city knew it!   They just know that you don’t know, how to make that argument, will believe you broke some kind of legitimate law, and will just pay. THAT’S HOW THE DAMN SCAM WORKS!!!!

4 – We also noticed that Justice Maureen O’Donnell who wrote the incredibly stupid, majority opinion for the court, was running for chief justice of the Ohio Supreme court in the recent election. Throughout comments posted in the article we read, people talked about remembering her stupidity, and making sure she loses “in November”. Well, they DIDN’T!… And she won! Are the majority of Ohio residents brain dead? We don’t think so. So HOW did the voters allow this obvious DOPE of a justice to WIN her election!?

NEWSFLASH 2: It’s very important to get elections right people. Elections have consequences!

Luckily for the victims of this madness, the Ohio state legislature claims to be working on re-writing the law to overrule the state Supreme courts, lunatic decision.

PS – The state attorney general (also an idiot who obviously slept through law school – and probably paid someone else to take his bar exam), also failed to understand the insanity of this ruling, and supports it. He needs to go back to a life outside of public service as well. He’s not bright enough for a powerful, government job.

NEWSFLASH 3: Intelligence matters! When you are voting, one of your main criteria should be the persons educational background, and ability to express coherent high minded thoughts.  Indications that a politician probably doesn’t meet the criteria should be readily apparent, if you are capable of paying attention in a non-partisan way to what they say and do.

For example: Talking to “friendly” media organizations only or running from the media altogether, speaking in platitudes instead of substance,  not understanding that the 1st Amendment DOES separate church in state (it just doesn’t use those literal words to do so), are several of many indicators that the candidate you are about to vote for, is an idiot! And we do not need more idiots in government!

Vote for truly well schooled individuals, who can think at an elite level of intellect. Not doing so, is the same as insisting a “regular Joe” do your brain surgery instead of an “elite” doctor. You wouldn’t do that, and you shouldn’t go that route when voting in elections either.

Some jobs ARE meant for people of of elite intelligence. People who’ve attended the finest schools in the country (Harvard, Brown, Yale, etc), and were at the top of their class in those places.

When voting for people to hold political office… You should be seeking people of that kind of intelligence. It matters!
